Sales Coordinator
About the Role
At ANC Group, our Sales Coordinator isn’t a support function — it’s a core driver of how we win business and serve clients. This person sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and our outside Account Management team, translating client opportunities into clean Bills of Materials (BOMs), accurate quotes, and closed deals.
This is a role for someone who thrives when no two days look alike — someone energized by cross-functional problem solving who takes ownership without being prompted. You’ll build systems, close gaps, and drive outcomes that are directly tied to revenue.
If you’re self-directed, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about technology and the IT channel, this role was built for you.
What You’ll Own
Quoting & Finance
Build accurate, client-ready quotes in QuoteWerks from Account Manager discovery notes and Autotask opportunity briefs.
Source, evaluate, and reconcile pricing from distributors (Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H, and others).
Register deals with manufacturers — HPE, Ruckus, Extreme Networks, and others — to secure best-tier pricing and partner program benefits.
Conduct final quote reviews with Account Managers and track each quote through delivery and acceptance.
Operations & BOM Management
Build and maintain accurate Bills of Materials aligned to client requirements and validate against technical feasibility.
Coordinate with our internal technical team to confirm BOM accuracy on complex or multi-vendor solutions.
Manage the quote-to-order transition in lockstep with procurement and finance.
Track expiring quotes and deal registrations — following up proactively before opportunities go cold.
Outside Sales Support
Create and manage sales opportunities in Autotask, keeping our CRM/PSA accurate and current at every stage.
Document meeting notes, update contact records, and ensure Account Managers maintain full deal context.
Monitor the pipeline and surface at-risk or stalled opportunities before they become problems.
Support forecasting and pipeline reporting as directed by the Director of Sales.
Vendor & Partner Engagement
Maintain active distributor and vendor relationships to stay current on promotions, product changes, and program requirements.
Participate in vendor and product training sessions to deepen technical knowledge.
Support sales campaigns, product launches, and special projects as they arise.
Who You Are
We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. The right person for this role:
Follows established processes, works efficiently, asks smart questions, and learns from the answers.
Can operate independently and knows when to pull others in.
Is genuinely curious about IT — you want to understand how products work, not just what they cost.
Communicates with precision — internally and externally, your messages are clear, timely, and professional.
Keeps multiple priorities moving simultaneously and has a system to make sure nothing slips.
Takes ownership of outcomes — if a deal stalls or a BOM has an error, you find it before someone else does.
Is comfortable with ambiguity — you can adapt when priorities shift and figure things out as you go.
Qualifications
Required
2+ years in an Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Sales Operations role.
Demonstrated experience building quotes and BOMs in a product or services environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with CRM or PSA tools (Autotask preferred).
Proficiency with quoting platforms (QuoteWerks preferred).
Highly Preferred
IT channel background — MSP, VAR, or distributor-side experience is a significant differentiator.
Familiarity with distribution platforms: Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, D&H, and similar.
Working knowledge of IT product categories: networking, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, and end-user hardware/software.
Vendor certifications from HPE, Ruckus, Extreme Networks, or similar manufacturers.
Experience working in Microsoft 365 environments.
Compensation & Benefits
We recognize that top performers need more than a paycheck to stay engaged. Here’s what we offer:
Competitive base salary of $45,000–$58,000 depending on experience, with OTE of $52,500–$65,500.
Performance-based bonus tied to revenue contribution and deal metrics.
Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with profit sharing, and quarterly incentive plan.
Paid time off and company holidays.
Access to vendor training, certifications, and industry events.
Visibility and recognition — your contributions here matter and are rewarded accordingly.
