What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Playground):
• Own your patch. Build and grow a book of business across K–12, government, non-profits, and commercial clients in a designated territory.
• Get in the room. Meet IT Directors, Superintendents, Business Owners, and decision-makers face-to-face—and virtually (camera always on).
• Solve real problems. Help clients build safer, smarter, and more efficient tech environments.
• Bring the energy. Cold calls, drop-ins, trade shows, networking events, LinkedIn stalking—whatever it takes.
• Stay sharp. Sales and tech trainings, supplier certs, and backed up by a team that’s as smart as they are supportive.
• Track your hustle. Keep our CRM up to date. Follow up. Follow through.
• Represent. You'll wear our logo gear at meetings and events and be the face of ANC in your region.
This Role Is for You If You…
• Have 5–10 years of outside sales or business development experience (tech, IT, or communications preferred—but not required if you’re a fast learner).
• Are a natural connector—you know how to read the room and own it.
• Thrive in a high-activity, low-handholding sales environment.
• Are equal parts hunter and consultant—you close deals, but you do it with empathy and intelligence.
• Want to grow—personally and financially.
• Aren’t allergic to ladders, hard hats, or sweat. Sometimes we do walk-throughs. Sometimes there’s no AC. You'll be fine.

Let’s Talk Numbers:
We offer a flexible compensation structure designed to fit a variety of experience levels and risk preferences. Our sales team members can choose from three different plans—ranging from a high base salary with a modest commission, to a commission-only plan with significant earning potential. First-year target compensation is $80,000 for those who meet quota, with top performers earning $125,000+ in subsequent years. This model rewards both consistency and high performance, giving you control over how you earn. One more thing, WE DO NOT CAP COMMISSION. If you sell it, you will get paid on it.
