Marketing Director

Because of our terrific growth, ANC Group is looking for a Marketing and Sales Administrator to help with the daily operations of the Marketing and Sales Department. The ideal candidate likes to help people, work independently, and can self-manage completion of their daily, weekly and monthly recurring tasks. We’re a small, family-oriented company, so we’re looking for someone who understands our culture and is willing to pitch in and be part of a greater whole. This position might be partially virtual after the initial training period in the office.

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute Marketing campaigns through our Marketing Analytics Platform Develop expertise on our marketing platforms and marketing channels Attend trainings and attain certifications in our Marketing Automation Platform (MAP)
  • After 30 days be able to independently build, launch and manage a marketing Campaign from our MAP
  • Research & Update customer records in CRM and other tools Scrub current customer records so all current data is up to date and accurate.
  • Add/Modify Clients/prospects as needed.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of all client/contact data.
  • Build and manage Campaigns in MAP Administer 5-7 active campaigns per month Identify/procure required materials – Mailers, giveaways, etc
  • Help Sales Team stay organized and on task with customer projects. Feed top prospects weekly to Sales Executives based on Lead Score, Events outreach, Stale Client, etc.
  • Prioritize Sales activities based on probability of need.


  • Report to VP of Sales Weekly prospect list provided to Sales Executives.
  • Help plan and implement projects such as customer events, including phoning customers to participate.
  • Participate and report in weekly team meetings
  • Create reports daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly The Admin Team Weekly Reporting Log Summary Reports from Lemonade Stand and TMT

  • Secondary Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and proof customer-facing content, print & online
  • Market research such as vertical markets, target markets, emerging markets and competitors – a. Internet research- News in our vertical markets, trends, innovations, threats; Competitive Data – For E-Rate use Query Bob to inform installed product, supplier data, competitor data; Competitor data to include news, changes, profile, markets served.
  • Update customers on project status and progress via phone and/or email.
  • Solicit and record customer satisfaction feedback via phone & email - Weekly
  • Monitor and drive renewals for customer service contracts
  • Work-related errands, such as picking up supplies and giveaways for events
  • Interface with suppliers and learn the technology we sell at a high level to be able to direct customer inquiries appropriately.
  • Other duties as needed Support the VP of Sales in creating marketing projects in Supplier Portals, MDF Funds submit funding claims timely and ensure we are paid
  • Some Travel <10%
  • Attend company related events such as trade shows or business after hours events as needed.


Experience and Skills:

  • Must be very organized and very detail-oriented
  • Great communicator and comfortable with calling customers on the phone
  • Great oral & written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Competent computer skills including MS Excel, Word
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection.
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Keap or Autotask experience is a plus.


Hours 8:30-5 M-F except when we have events.
